The Caddis Pilot Program

We use Caddis across our entire shop, with our machines split into three main groups. Two of those groups are run by brothers, and Caddis has turned their day-to-day into a full-on competition. Every day they hustle to outdo each other, watching their percentages and machine run time like a scoreboard. They both now despise downtime.
